We are always looking for help in promoting safe and responsible boating. There are many ways to help. You can join us and participate in our activities to promote safe boating. But if membership is not for you, you can help by being a safe and responsible boater yourself... and encourage others to do so. You can use these web pages and web contact forms to tell us your ideas about how we can improve in New London County to make recreational boating safer and more fun.

The link on the left will take you to the BoatUS website. They offer a variety of services to the recreational boater.
The link on the right will take you to BoutUS Foundation, a nonprofit branch of BoatUS. The foundation provides a variety of services and educational resources to promote boating safety for the recreational boater. Recently New London Power Squadron received a grant from the foundation to promote life-jacket use.

The link on the left will take you to the United States Coast Guard's Boating Saftey website. The site is dedicated to boating safety for the recreational boater. It differs from the regular United States Coast Guard site.
The link on the right will take you to US Sailing home page. US Sailing is an organization originally designed to encourage and promote yacht racing and to unify racing rules. Its mission is to provide leadership for the sport of sailing in the United States. Within this site there are many links of interest to the recreational boater.
